- Hosting Program Assistant – Casual Part Time - Work from home
The role of the Hosting Program Assistant is to create leads with the aim of securing the family placement for inbound exchange students. Leads will be generated through making telephone calls to volunteer families who have expressed interest in hosting an overseas exchange student and using social media to create interest in hosting an overseas exchange student. Experience as a host family, local coordinator or returned exchange students will be highly regarded.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills essential. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
This is a part time casual role - an average between 15 - 20 hours a week over the year - typically in the evenings and at weekends. A 2 week induction and training program will be provided.
Social Media and Marketing Assistant – Casual Part Time - 2-3 days a week
Based in our Mona Vale Office, the role of the Social Media & Marketing Assistant is to carry out a wide range of tasks in support of the Sales & Marketing Director.
A main focus of this role is to oversee the social media strategy by creating and managing all organic content for Facebook & Instagram, plus assisting with the rollout of marketing campaigns across several different mediums (including digital, email, mobile and print). Knowledge in design programs and email campaign management systems will be highly regarded.
This is a part time casual role (2-3 days a week). A 2 week induction and training program will be provided.
