Important Program Information

Please note that

  • Optional Program Extras are available. These include sightseeing trips. Please contact our office for further information.
  • Arrival orientation held in Copenhagen at an additional cost for January and August arrivals. 
  • Included  - Local orientation with the Coordinator after arrival into exchange location.
  • For August arrival: non-EU citizens and students who need a residence permit to stay in Norway must turn 16 before the end of the calendar year due to the visa regulations. If they turn 19 on the calendar year of arrival they are too old.

  • For January arrival: non-EU citizens and students who need a residence permit to stay in Norway must turn 17 before the end of the calendar year. If they turn 20 on the calendar year of arrival they are too old.

Reduce the cost of your exchange program

hourglass 1046841 1920If you are planning to go on exchange and want to reduce the price of your program, then we have some good news for you! The deadline for Scholarship & Early Bird Discount applications is Tuesday 31st March 2020 for our standard programs departing between October 2020 - March 2021. 

If you are applying for one of our exchange programs the easiest way to get started is by completing your pre application formYou should allow yourself at least 3 weeks to complete all sections of your full application form.

Apply for a grant from the Give Back Exchange Fund

2019 08 20The Give Back Exchange Fund will provide 120 exchange students across Australia and New Zealand with a grant that will dramatically reduce their program fee. Students will pay only for their flights, insurance, visa application fees and any required airport assistance fees. All other fees will be covered by the Give Back Exchange Fund.

The final deadlines for applications are listed below. There are a limited number of grants available, so don't leave asking your school for a nomination until the last minute.

  • 1st March 2020 for August - September 2020 departures
  • 31st March 2020 for January 2021 departures

Information evenings run for about an hour and a half. They are friendly and free and are the best way for us to address your specific questions in person.

If you live remotely from the major cities or cannot get along in person you can either watch our On Demand media presentation or attend one of our LIVE Online info sessions.
